Place your garment (t-shirt, hoodie, or bag) flat on a hard, heat-resistant surface. Preheat the area for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles, then position the DTF transfer film exactly where you want it, with the design face up.
Set your household iron to **Medium-High (Wool/Cotton)** heat (approx. 150°C-160°C / 300°F-320°F) with **no steam**. Place a sheet of parchment paper or a thin clean cloth over the film, then press the iron down firmly with heavy pressure for 12 to 15 seconds.
Allow the garment to cool completely to room temperature (about 2 minutes). Once fully cold, slowly and gently peel the transparent carrier film from one corner. If any part of the design lifts, lay it back down and iron again.
